It’s no secret that Crexendo® is growing fast — the company recently surpassed the significant milestone of 4 Million global end users, and the company was recently honored with Frost & Sullivan’s 2024 Competitive Strategy Leadership Award for outstanding achievement in cloud communications. That recognition is a testament to Crexendo’s outstanding 36% user surge in 2023 (nearly double the industry average) and the company reporting 52% year-over-year total revenue growth in third-quarter financials.

In this podcast, Crexendo CEO Jeff Korn and President/COO Doug Gaylor sat down with Telecom Reseller’s Doug Green to talk about the company’s tremendous growth in 2023 and the factors that made it happen. Two of these are the leadership team’s personal level of involvement and hands-on approach and Crexendo’s flexible platform model that allows for customization and scale.

Jeff Korn speaks to the company’s steadfast commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. “Everybody at the company will do what’s necessary, and frankly, our customer service, as I said before, is second to none, and if you have a problem, you can pick up the phone, you can call Doug Gaylor, you can call me, you can call our vice presidents, and we will answer, and we will work to resolve it.”

Doug Gaylor points out that Crexendo’s high rate of growth is occurring on two levels: 220 licensees selling the platform experienced significant growth, and 21 new platform providers are selling the platform. “And those platform providers are… coming from Microsoft and coming from Cisco and coming from Asterix and other platforms out there,” says Gaylor. “And then we’re also seeing a lot of individual growth coming from our direct customers as well. We saw 11% organic growth just in that sector in Q3.”
