Jeff Korn

Chief Executive Officer | Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors

Jeff serves as Chief Executive Officer of Crexendo^® and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has served on the Crexendo^® executive team for over 20 years, most recently as Chief Legal Officer, where he was responsible for leading the company’s legal department, regulatory department, business ethics and overseeing corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, restructuring, finance, employee relations and benefits, social media, data privacy, risk and litigation management, employee relations and benefits. Jeff’s in-depth knowledge from 20 years of executive leadership at Crexendo^®, made him instrumental in the change of Crexendo^®’s business model from B2C to B2B. He also oversaw all matters relating to the board of directors, corporate entities, corporate records, shareholders and officers as the Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Doug Gaylor

President | Chief Operating Officer

Doug serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Crexendo^®. Prior to ascending to the role of President, Mr. Gaylor was Vice President of Sales for the company, a position he held since joining the company in 2009. Doug’s 30+ years in the telecom industry has made him a subject matter expert in hosted telecom, network services, PBX and Key Systems, Call Centers, and Managed Services.

Prior to joining Crexendo^®, Doug held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating with the position of Sr. Vice President, at Inter-Tel/ Mitel where he was originally hired in 1987. Doug was responsible for overseeing the sales efforts in the Western United States where he was ultimately responsible for the activities of approximately 200 sales representatives. Under his leadership yearly sales for his region reached over $175,000,000 annually. Doug holds a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and is an active Board Member for multiple non-profit organizations specializing in education and community support. Doug is active in youth sports and enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling.

Ron Vincent

Chief Financial Officer

Ron has been serving as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2012. From 2005 to 2012 Ron was employed by Ernst & Young, LLP (EY), most recently as an audit senior manager prior to joining Crexendo^®’s leadership team, which concluded his fourteen year professional career as an Auditor. Ron received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business in 1998 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. Ron is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Arizona.

Jon D. Brinton

Chief Revenue Officer

Jon Brinton brings a wealth of expertise from over 25 years in the technology industry. In his role, Jon oversees the strategic direction, performance, and alignment of revenue-generating operations, with a primary focus on driving growth and adoption of Crexendo’s Software as a Service (SaaS) and Cloud solutions tailored for Unified Communications, Collaboration, and Customer Experience. Prior to his tenure at Crexendo®, Jon held key leadership positions, notably as VP of North America Channel at Avaya, where he successfully navigated the transition to Cloud-based solutions, culminating in over $1 billion in annual sales. In addition, Jon has served in various Senior Executive roles at Mitel, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company as the second-largest global provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). His career journey began at Inter-Tel, where he led the expansion of the NetSolutions Division, later acquired by Mitel. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University and resides in Phoenix with his wife and family.

George Platt

Chief Executive Officer and President

15 years at ESI, Mr. Platt led ESI’s technical and organizational transformation from a proprietary telephone system manufacturing organization into a cloud-based UCaaS recurring revenue company. Platt has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. During his 14-year career at Intervoice, Platt developed extensive international expertise as well as a deep understanding of channel sales, business development, marketing, and product development. Platt also led a team to transform the Intervoice Global Enterprise Business Unit from a proprietary IVR company to a company specializing in open systems and promoting a more effective customer experience. Platt is a strategic thinker, making data-driven decisions, with the ability to build and inspire teams while leading organizational and strategic change. Immediately before joining ESI, Platt served as Executive Vice President of WS iNet, where he led the start-up of a hosted call center emphasizing the use of home-based agents. Platt joined ESI in 2011 as President/COO and was promoted to President/CEO in 2014.

David Wang

Chief Technology Officer

David Wang is responsible for the architectural design of the NetSapiens platform. His early years were spent implementing digital processing functions for voice compression fax transmission and channel coding where he was granted multiple patents. David participated in drafting the standard in Frame Relay Forum IETF and ETSI. His mission is to continue the evolution of NetSapiens technology to serve the need of the customer.

Chris Aaker

SVP Engineering

Chris Aaker has more than a dozen years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, and software development. He has been an integral part of the NetSapiens team in many capacities over the last 10 years and has helped our service provider clients to take their voice offering to the next level. He has an intimate understanding of the SNAPsolution platform coupled with a wealth of knowledge regarding its use in the field.

Jason Byrne

SVP Marketing

Jason Byrne brings more than 20+ years of telecom leadership to Crexendo®, where he is responsible for the Corporate Marketing team. Prior to Crexendo, Jason was VP Product Management at NetSapiens, later taking on the role of SVP Product & Marketing, growing to almost Two million users and adding 6 industry awards. Previously Jason ran Product Management & Marketing at Greenlee Communications playing a key role in double digit growth year over year, earning the Chairmans Award for Innovation within Greenlee’s $13 billion parent company before being acquired.

Previously, Jason held various product leadership positions spanning wireline & wireless solutions companies from startups to S&P 500 companies with over of half the companies being acquired. Jason has an MBA from the University of San Diego and has a BSEE from Trinity College, Dublin.

Tim Wilbourn

SVP Support & Customer Success

As an accomplished leader with over 12 years of experience in the communications industry, previously serving at RingCentral. With a proven track record of driving growth and scaling operations, Tim brings a customer-first mindset to Crexendo. His strategic insights and passion for innovation are instrumental in advancing the company’s mission. At Crexendo, Tim is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional value to customers, helping to propel the company to new heights.

Santosh Panattu

SVP of Infrastructure and Global Cloud OPS

Santosh Panattu is Senior Vice President of Infrastructure and Global Cloud OPS at Crexendo, where he leads the company’s global cloud infrastructure, security, and operational strategy. He brings more than 20 years of experience in cloud reliability, observability, and AI-driven automation. Santosh previously served as Vice President of Engineering at RingCentral, where he scaled SaaS operations for millions of users and delivered five-nines reliability. Earlier, he held engineering leadership roles at Ericsson/Redback Networks, driving large-scale global network and security platform releases. Most recently, he co-founded a cybersecurity startup, pioneering AI-based automation for digital forensics and incident response. He also holds multiple patents and is passionate about advancing secure, reliable and customer centric cloud services.

Nishith Chudasama

VP of Engineering

Nishith serves as our VP of Engineering. He joined Crexendo^® in 2009 as a founding member of our telephony product line, and has since been instrumental in delivering quality product updates while keeping the costs down.

Nishith has over 25 years of telephony experience and has been working with VoIP product development since the early days of the technology. Nortel Networks, Aastra, InterTel and Mitel are the companies where Nishith had been involved in various senior engineering/architect roles prior to joining Crexendo^®.

Nishith grew up in India, and holds a degree in Electronics & Communication where he was the proud recipient of top of the class and top of the university gold medals.

Theresa Weitzel

Director of Channel/Partner Sales

Theresa was promoted to the Director of Channel/Partner Sales in 2018. Prior to that she was remarkably successful as a Channel Sales Manager at Crexendo^® since 2015.

Theresa began her career in the wireless telephone industry with U.S. West in their headquarters in Phoenix, AZ in 1985 where she managed retail operations, customer service and sales. From there she became the District Sales Manager for Unity Communications in San Diego, CA, responsible for Channel Sales development and retail sales.

Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Theresa went on to found Wireless Consulting Corp. in Las Vegas, NV in 1997 with the goal of providing business customers multiple wireless choices via a Channel Sales distribution network. Theresa ran WCC successfully for the next 17 years.

After observing the new advancements in hosted telephone services she decided to move to that industry and joined Crexendo^®.

Michael Czernaeda

Director of Sales

Michael, National Director of Sales at Crexendo since May 2023, boasts over 30 years of experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, Data Center, and Premised-based PBX industries. Notably, at OSN, he recruited top-three global partners for Cisco and managed high-profile global accounts. As RVP of the enterprise team at Broadsoft, he collaborated with direct enterprise customers and the partner ecosystem. At Re-Invent, he spearheaded the national channel initiative, leveraging SaaS/PaaS solutions.

As GM of Mitel Arizona, his team led in “Net-Solutions” sales and achieved top 10% ranking in two years. He excelled as VP of Sales at Clear Data, consistently surpassing targets by 150%. At GST Telecom, he led consecutive #1 and #2 ranked teams. At Qwest (now Lumen), his team held the national #1 ranking for two years. Michael is recognized for his leadership, earning numerous awards, including “President’s Club” status. He served on the board of Junior Achievement of Arizona for 10 years and holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University. Michael, a Phoenix resident, enjoys sports and prioritizes health and exercise with his wife Carla and son Josh.

Steve Mihaylo

Chairman Emeritus

Steve serves as Chairman Emeritus and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2023. He is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Inter-Tel, Incorporated, which he founded in 1969. Steve led the Inter-Tel revolution from providing business telephone systems to offering complete managed services and software. Before selling Inter-Tel for nearly $750 million in 2007, Steve grew the business to nearly $500 million in annual revenue.

Steve’s visionary leadership, dedication to education, and community development underscore his philanthropic endeavors have left an indelible mark on both the business world and the communities he serves. He actively supports community organizations like the Arizona Heart Foundation and Junior Achievement of Arizona. Steve also contributes to the Arizona State University College of Business Dean’s Council of 100 and the Big Bear High School Education Foundation. Steve earned an honorary PhD from California State University – Fullerton and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Accounting & Finance from the university in 1969.

Anand Buch

Chief Strategy Officer | General Manager, Software Division

Anand is a seasoned telecommunications industry executive, currently overseeing Crexendo’s Software Solutions division as well as the strategic direction for Crexendo®. Previously, Anand co-founded and led NetSapiens as CEO, a cloud-based communications platform software company. Under his tenure the company grew to almost two million users and received numerous industry awards. In 2021, Crexendo announced the acquisition of NetSapiens and as the General Manager of the division he has since grown the platform to over four and a half million users. Prior to this, he played a key role in Nuera’s transition from PCSI, serving as Director in Engineering and Product Line Lead, contributing to its growth from 30 to 300 employees. Anand’s passion for Chicago sports, particularly soccer and Arsenal in the English Premier League, complements his dedication to family. He cherishes moments with his sons and attributes his purposeful pursuit to his wife, Mamta’s, unwavering spiritual support.
