The addition of Allegiant will help Crexendo increase its reach and expand its offerings to become the top communications solutions and service provider in the United States.

If you haven’t heard of Allegiant, they’re a regional telecom and data services company that offers Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Telecom Services, Managed Services, and Network Services. The transaction is part of Crexendo®’s M&A strategy, which is to add robust organizations that share similar cultures.
