Individuals use the website to make more informed software decisions based on authenticated customer reviews. G2.com has been around for over a decade and is considered the most reliable marketplace on the web. G2 has values set around performance, entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity, and kindness, referred to as PEAK.
G2 has become the gold standard for users to leave reviews about an organization. G2 provides three main quarterly reports: Grid®, Index, and Momentum. Products in these reports must have a minimum of ten reviews and five responses from users for each of the results-related questions in the review forum. These ratings may fluctuate as the products are further developed, the sellers grow, and users share their opinions about the product or service. New reports are issues for a category when more significant data is compiled.
