Crystal McIntosh is the owner and CEO of A/R Management Solutions, LLC.  Her 25 years’ experience includes functioning as a Providers Relations Representative, supervising an insurance claims processing unit, and administrating both single and multi-specialty practices.  She serves on the Advisory Board of Vatterott College and Cleveland Chiropractic College, worked as an Adjunct faculty member at Sanford Brown College and National American University, and served as an expert in cases involving health care billing matters. 

She has been a member of the Greater Kansas City Medical Managers Association (GKCMMA) for 13 years, served on the Conference Committee, Co-Chaired and Chaired the Membership Committee, and is currently a Board Member serving as Secretary.

Crystal’s extensive educational background includes a BBA from Baker University and an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Webster University.  She is currently in the dissertation phase of a doctorate degree in Public Service Leadership with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
