How much produce comes in a box?
Depending on what box size you select, as well as what type of produce you choose, the amount will vary.
What hours do you operate?
Fresh Sun Organics delivery service is available from:
8:00 am – 7:30 pm. Monday-Friday and
8:00 am-5:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Our Produce hotline (949)-674-2642, is available from 8:00 am – 10:30pm seven days a week.
What happens if my box is delivered when I’m not home?
We will not leave your box of produce at your door, if no one will be home within 30 minutes of drop off. If no one is home, we will give a courtesy call to inform you of our options.
I only need 4-5 times, but I don’t want to buy an entire box?
Unfortunately the small box is the smallest box we offer, depending on what items you pick, most can last up to 4-5 days. Look at our recipes on our website or blog and see if you can get a few more to try those out!
Do you offer special discounts on large quantity orders?
We do offer discounts on large quantity orders. Call 949- for more information to see what discounts are applied.
What if I cannot get delivery to my doorstep because of a gate?
There are many customers who issue us gate codes, which our drivers use to get into safe areas. Customers can coordinate by calling the office at 949-637-5938
What if I receive an item in my delivery that I am not satisfied with?
Contact us via phone or email and we will replace any unsatisfactory items ASAP. We guarantee our produce and strive to ensure 100% satisfactions.
